Since joining the company in July 2025, Geoff has drawn on a career built from the ground up, guiding teams and operations with a practical understanding of every job on the site. Geoff’s career reflects a rare combination of field experience and management skill. He spent nearly nine years as Transportation Systems Manager at TRADEBE Environmental Services in Berlin, Connecticut, where he sharpened his expertise in project management and environmental science, among many other specialized skills. Before that, he worked directly in the field at TRADEBE as a driver, driller, operator, and foreman, gaining a firsthand view of health and safety practices that continues to shape his leadership today. His earlier roles at True Blue Environmental Services and as Environmental Manager at AARON Environmental further grounded his understanding of hazardous waste handling and site operations.

Geoff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with a focus in Hydrogeology from Eastern Connecticut State University.
