Adam Dennison
President
Adam Dennison is the President of Boston Green Company, a position he has held since July 2025. With a robust background in operational management and business development, Adam brings extensive experience from the environmental services, petroleum, and utility construction sectors. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Boston Green as well as the Director of Strategic Field Service Accounts and Director of Business Development at ACV Enviro. In these positions, Adam successfully developed environmental field service sales, coached account executives to close new business, and collaborated with operations management to execute new initiatives. His earlier career includes roles as General Manager at Boston Green Company and Operations Manager at NRC National Response Corporation, where he managed complex projects involving soil remediation, environmental construction, and industrial maintenance.
Adam is highly skilled in petroleum management, industrial cleaning, emergency spill response, confined space cleaning services, storage tank services, environmental awareness, utility construction, and hazardous waste management. A proven sales professional, he has consistently grown revenues beyond set goals. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he graduated with the highest GPA in his major. His comprehensive expertise and strategic vision make him an invaluable asset to the Boston Green team.
Ryan Dougherty
Vice President of Operation
Ryan Dougherty brings over two decades of operational leadership and environmental expertise to his role as Vice President of Operations at Boston Green. Known for his performance-driven approach and uncompromising integrity, Ryan has a proven track record of optimizing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving profitability across diverse organizations.
Ryan’s career spans key leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Operations Manager, where he has successfully managed large-scale remediation projects, enhanced operational efficiency, and fostered cross-functional collaboration. Most recently in his Operations Manager role, Ryan consistently exceeded performance targets, achieved 100% compliance with environmental health and safety programs, and implemented strategies that improved quality and profitability.
A resourceful leader, Ryan excels in staff management, conflict resolution, and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. His expertise in financial administration, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency has made him a trusted leader in the environmental services industry.
Ryan is also a proud veteran of the United States Navy, where he served aboard the USS John F. Kennedy. During his service, he was honored as Sailor of the Year in 2006 and received two Navy Achievement Medals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State College at Jacksonville and an Associate of Arts in Photojournalism from the Defense Information School.
Based in Plymouth, MA, Ryan is passionate about advancing Boston Green’s mission of sustainability and environmental innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys mentoring others, exploring the outdoors, and contributing to his local community.
Aaron Godfrey
Vice President of Sales
Aaron Godfrey brings over 30 years of experience in environmental services, operations management, and business development to his role as Vice President of Business Development at Boston Green. Throughout his career, Aaron has held leadership positions at industry-leading organizations, including Republic Services, ACV Enviro, Clean Harbors, Philip Services Corp.
Aaron’s expertise spans hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, environmental remediation, and industrial services. He has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, building strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional results for clients across diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, power generation, and manufacturing.
Before joining Boston Green, Aaron served as Regional Sales Director & Environmental Solutions General Manager at Republic Services, where he oversaw large-scale projects and led teams to achieve operational excellence. he successfully managed sales, logistics, and profit margins while exceeding customer expectations.
Aaron’s career began with service in the U.S. Army as a Heavy Equipment Repairer and Combat Engineer, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership and problem-solving.
Outside of work, Aaron is passionate about fostering innovation and mentoring the next generation of environmental professionals and loves to cook for his family.
