Boston Green Company Names Sarah Sessa McCaughey as Chief Financial Officer

Accomplished financial executive brings extensive strategic and operational leadership to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Boston Green Company today announced the appointment of Sarah Sessa-McCaughey as its new Chief Financial Officer. McCaughey will oversee the company’s financial operations, bringing a strong blend of financial leadership, strategic growth, and operational expertise to the executive team.
McCaughey joins Boston Green Company with a proven track record of guiding organizations through complex financial landscapes. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Coast of Maine Organic Products Inc. for two years. Prior to that role, she spent two years as Senior Vice President of Finance at WIN Waste Innovations. Her extensive background also includes serving as a segment CFO at Iron Mountain, a storage services company.
A Certified Public Accountant, McCaughey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Her deep understanding of corporate finance enables her to build strong financial foundations and drive sustainable growth.
Beyond her corporate roles, McCaughey is actively engaged in executive leadership and community development. She has been a member of Chief, a private network designed for executive women. She also dedicates her time to guiding the next generation of business leaders, having volunteered as a mentor with Girls With Impact for over three years.
