Boston Green is proud to announce a significant addition to our executive leadership team. We have officially welcomed Aaron Godfrey as our new Vice President of Sales. With more than three decades of experience in the environmental services sector, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge that will help drive our mission forward. As we continue to expand our capabilities and reach, having seasoned leaders like Aaron is crucial. His background spans operations management, business development, and strategic sales, making him the ideal person to lead our sales initiatives during this exciting period of growth.

Aaron’s career is defined by sustained excellence in the environmental industry. Over the last 30 years, he has held key leadership positions at some of the most recognizable organizations in our field, including Republic Services, ACV Enviro, Clean Harbors, and Philip Services Corp.

His expertise is vast, covering critical areas such as:

• Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management
• Environmental remediation
• Industrial services

This deep technical understanding allows Aaron to do more than just manage sales processes; he acts as a true consultant to clients, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes and operational challenges.

Before joining the Boston Green family, Aaron served as Regional Sales Director & Environmental Solutions General Manager at Republic Services. In this dual role, he oversaw large-scale projects and led diverse teams to achieve operational excellence. Whether managing complex logistics, overseeing profit margins, or driving sales strategy, Aaron consistently exceeded customer expectations.

Leadership Rooted in Service

Aaron’s approach to leadership is grounded in discipline and problem-solving, traits he honed early in his career. His professional journey began with service in the U.S. Army, where he worked as a Heavy Equipment Repairer and Combat Engineer.

The skills developed during his military service—quick thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to the team—remain central to his management style today. He approaches business challenges with the same level of dedication, ensuring that obstacles are overcome efficiently and effectively.

While Aaron is deeply committed to his work, he also believes in giving back to the industry and his community.
